Kawneer designs, engineers and manufactures complete door systems for any application. Systems include: the Narrow Style 190 door - an all-purpose door; and the heavy-duty 350 door - suitable for use in especially heavy traffic areas.
Also available a mechanically jointed 150 construction door to provide a cost effective solution for shop front design.

Construction
Manufactured from 6063TF alloy aluminium extrusion to BS 1474, all four corners are four point welded to cleats. Integrated neoprene seals the glass and provides a resilient setting to resist glass breakage caused by door movement. Fully adjustable weathered astragals are standard on the lock stiles. Glazing beads push directly into the door section to enhance weathering and ease of glazing

	Pivots and hinges: styled to complement the Kawneer range - Offset pivots: for use with exposed overhead closers and single acting floor springs - Concealed centre pivots; for centre hung, swing free doors - Butt hinges: an alternative available for single acting doors
	Thresholds: high or flush aluminium thresholds are available
	Handles and midrails: a wide range of push-pull and mid-rail options
The Kawneer 1040 range of sliding doors provides a simple and practical method of achieving open-front merchandising. Applications include arcades, precincts, shopping malls, supermarkets and car showrooms. They are also suitable for optimising corner sites to two-way traffic and for moveable room dividers in exhibition halls or hotels. During opening hours the doors can be rolled into concealed storage whilst at night they interlock to ensure maximum secure protection. There are four standard stacking arrangements.
